Jeff Provence
President
Jeff has focused his career on providing registered investment advisors with a truly unique and cost effective solution for mutual fund startup and operations. His focus is on keeping costs to a minimum and providing the highest service in the industry. He started registering mutual funds with the Securities and Exchange Commission in 1998.
Jeff is a graduate of San Diego State University where he received a Bachelors Degree of Science in Finance. Jeff resides in San Diego, California. He is married, has three children and two dogs. He also enjoys playing soccer, a lifelong passion, and is an instrument rated private pilot.
Kathy Bozek
Lead Administrator
Kathy joined Premier Fund Solutions, Inc. in 2003 as a mutual fund administrator. She is well versed in mutual fund organization and structure. Kathy specializes in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial information and testing fund compliance in accordance with IRS and SEC requirements. She has in depth knowledge and experience in the preparation and filing of numerous SEC regulatory filings including: Form N-SARs, Form N-CSRs, Form N-Qs, Form N-PXs, etc. Additionally, Kathy acts as a constant liaison between our clients and fund accounting, legal counsel, transfer agency and shareholder services. Kathy also serves at the Chief Compliance Officer of Premier Fund Solutions, Inc.
Jamie Craft
Chief Technology Officer
Jamie has focused his career on the investment company industry with an emphasis in technology systems for mutual fund operation and compliance. Jamie is well versed in mutual fund organization and structure. Jamie also assists in the preparation of Premier’s N-SAR, N-SCR Filings and produces quarterly compliance reports and N-Qs for clients.
Jamie graduated from California State University San Marcos with a B.S. in Finance. He is a San Diego native that enjoys writing music, football, exercise and is former national team member in Olympic Trapshooting.
Tiffany Eichenberger
Lead CPA
Tiffany has focused her career on the investment company industry and is the lead CPA for Premier Fund Solutions, Inc. In addition, she has experience with SAS 70 engagements and is well versed in the internal control structure of mutual funds, including the daily operations of transfer agencies and fund accounting departments. Tiffany also works on mutual fund audits, financials, dividend distributions and internal controls.
A member of the Ohio Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs, Tiffany is a graduate of Ohio University, where she remains active through recruiting activities. Tiffany resides in Strongsville, Ohio and enjoys spending time with her husband, Erik, and their dog.
